This disclaimer releases the TAKE FIVE Social Club of ANY and ALL legal obligations to its members or guests of members. This is your agreement: “By joining TAKE FIVE Social Club or participating in any of their events as a guest, I hereby fully and finally release and discharge the TAKE FIVE Social Club, its sponsors, organizers, owners and officers, management, participants, members, employees, representatives, agents, social venues, and advertisers (“TAKE FIVE Social Club”) from any and all harm, damage, injury, loss, cost, expense, liability, claims, and rights of action, whether legal or equitable, including claims for actual, consequential, and incidental damages which arise, directly or indirectly, related to any action or omission of TAKE FIVE Social Club, including specifically any and all negligence of TAKE FIVE Social Club related to attending, preparing to attend, or departing any club-sponsored activity, or otherwise. TAKE FIVE Social Club has conducted no investigation and makes no representation, express or implied, regarding its membership other than such persons have expressed a desire to have fun and participate in the TAKE FIVE Social Club. Attendance and participation is an individual and voluntary choice.

TAKE FIVE Refund Policy 

1.Certain conditions, such as insufficient RSVP’s, inclement weather or other disasters or emergencies, may result in TAKE FIVE having to cancel a scheduled event. You will be refunded 100% of your money A.S.A.P. for any pre-paid event that is cancelled by TAKE FIVE  

2.There are numerous variables that go into the preparation of events which are planned based on a specific number of people attending. Therefore, you will not be refunded any portion of your pre-paid money to any event that you choose not to attend if it involves out-of-town traveling, which requires pre-paid hotel booking and transportation. 

3.  If you choose not to attend and cancel a local TAKE FIVE party, in order to receive a refund, we must be notified at least ten (10) days prior to the event. Email TAKE FIVE at:  members@takefivesocialclub-adams.com or you may send the information to our private inbox on Take Five's Facebook page Do not post this information on our Facebook Timeline...Note: Instead of a refund, you may choose to sell your RSVP space to someone else, but they must notify us so that we can change the reservation name.
